We do not sell or rent your data. We do not share it with third parties, except for the technical providers required to operate the site (web hosting and, where applicable, an email delivery platform), who process it solely on our instructions.

You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, cancellation or objection (ARCO rights) — and unsubscribe from the mailing list at any time — by writing to metamor.physis.gymnastics@gmail.com. We will respond within a maximum of 20 business days.

Courses are sold through third-party platforms (Udemy). Purchases, billing, guarantees and refunds are governed by those platforms' terms.

All MetamorPhysis content — site, courses, guides, videos and articles — is educational material for prevention and conditioning. It does not constitute diagnosis, treatment or medical advice.
- If you have pain, swelling or an active injury, consult a physician or licensed physical therapist before starting any exercise program.
- Stop any exercise that causes pain and seek professional care.
- Daniela del Río is an undergraduate physical therapy student (degree in progress); she is not a licensed physical therapist and this site offers no clinical services. Her professional authority comes from gymnastics: she is a certified national judge, an active coach and an active competitive gymnast.
- The contact form does not accept clinical consultations.
